As HSE Advisor for Rolls-Royce Singapore, you will be responsible in carrying out the day to day HSE operations for HSE critical processes and contribute to the application of effective Health, Safety & Environmental management by providing technical support to the Businesses located in the Seletar Campus.

Key Accountabilities:

Support local management in identifying hazards or significant changes, assessing the risks and identifying the associated risk reduction or mitigation actions. Provide subject matter expertise as required to advise local management

Acting as designated workplace safety & health officer (WSHO) and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) for the said location.

Responsible for managing HSE at Administrative HUB, RTC & STF including SAESL move-in support.

Promote the importance of HSE and assist in raising the standards through local management and supporting cultural change, support businesses in identifying HSE improvement opportunity

Management of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

Maintain relevant HSE documentation and assist in the compliance of applicable HSE laws and regulations

Collate and analyse data to monitor local HSE performance, initiate local reduction / improvement actions

Conduct and participate in incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis

Support development of credible local emergency planning and responses, review the effectiveness as needed and highlight areas of improvement
Qualifications:
-
Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Singapore Ministry of Manpower, with at least two years of experience in this role

Must be registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) as per Fire Safety Regulations of SG and understand Fire Safety legal requirements and its implementation.

Possessing a formal HSE qualification or certification, with minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Health, Safety & Environment management

Preferably to be experienced in managing the HSE risks in manufacturing/process/chemical related industry (~ 3 years)

Working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient computer skill
